We freeze at the source, then portion in St Albans into packs that thaw quickly and cook evenly - no giant blocks that need a chisel and a free afternoon.
Prawns, squid, fish balls, cuttlefish and shellfish make up most of the catalogue. Everything is labelled in English with weight, freeze date and simple cooking notes.
Delivery is by refrigerated courier. If a parcel arrives thawed or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will sort it out.
